Crescent Heights WSC is responsible for protecting the drinking water supply from contamination or pollution which could result from inproper system construction or configuration on the retail connection owner's side of the meter.  Crescent Heights WSC must follow requirements of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and administer a Cross Connection Control Program.  We will be implementing new measures to strengthen our compliance with state requirements.  Crescent Heights WSC may be calling to schedule an appointment to perform a Customer Service Inspection (CSI) if the retail connection on the customers side of the meter does not meet with the system requirements to comply with state requirements.  Please education yourself by viewing information provided at:
