PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Henderson County/Crescent Heights Water Supply
Corporation will conduct a public hearing at 5:05 p.m.
on September 18th, 2023 at Crescent Heights Water
Supply Corporation located at 9430 State Hwy 31 W,
Athens, TX concerning a proposed amendment to the
County’s contract (#CDV21-0038) with the Texas
Department of Agriculture. This hearing will be held
to discuss a reduction in the number of beneficiaries
under contract #CDV21-0038 due to budget
constraints. Persons with disabilities that wish to
attend this meeting should contact the Crescent
Heights Water Supply office at 903-677-3946 to
arrange for such assistance. Individuals who require
auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should
contact the Crescent Heights Water Supply
Corporation at least two days before the meeting so
