You are following the law and also avoiding costly repair bills and needless water outages. We have currently had several incidents of failure to notify CHWS prior to all digs.  This has resulted in very expensive repair cost related to damaged lines.  The member is responsible for all costs including, parts and labor.  Please Call Before You Dig No Matter The Size of Your Project!!!
