No Stub ? Administrative Fee of $5.00 Per Account Will Be Charged

Effective July 14, 2020 an administrative fee of $5.00 per account will be charged for payments submitted without a stub, with the exception of online bill payments through your banking institution and credit card payments made on our website.  We are not responsible for lost or misplaced bills.
